Fee Schedule
Softball Field Rental Fees: (with or without lights)
- $40 per hour
- $60 per 1.5 hours
- $80 per 2 hours
- $100 per 2.5 hours
- $120 per 3 hours

All field rentals are limited to a 1-hour minimum and 3-hour maximum.

Rental requests must be made 24-hours in advance and if it's on the weekend, all requests must be submitted by 12pm on that Friday before that weekend.

When your rental request is approved by the administration, a 1-2 business day "hold" will be placed on the facility. Payment must be made during this 1-2 day period or the facility date will be released back to the public. Payment can be made online via credit/debit card or check in-person or over the phone at Game Time at the Grounds (300 Champions Drive) or credit/debit card or cash/check in-person at Veterans Park Community Center (508 N. Lincoln St). All credit/debit card transactions will have a 3% convenience fee.

Refund Policy:
- Reservations cancelled at least 24-hours prior to rental time are entitled to a full refund or credit towards future use.
- Reservations cancelled less than 24-hours before the rental time will not be given a refund.
- If reservations are cancelled due to weather within the 24 hours before the rental time, a full refund or credit towards future use will be given.
