Package Options

• 5 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $245
• 10 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $470
• 15 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $695
• 20 Sessions (1 Hour Each): $920

A current Veterans Park Community Center membership is required to purchase and participate in personal training. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. (A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.)

Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment evaluates key health and fitness markers, including:

• Weight & body fat analysis
• Blood pressure & resting heart rate
• Target heart rate
• Body circumference measurements
• Core & upper body strength
• Cardiovascular endurance

New clients who purchase a session package will receive a complimentary assessment if one is needed.

1. Training Structure

• Both clients must train together at the same scheduled time.
• Sessions will not be conducted individually unless arranged and purchased separately as private sessions.
• Partners should have similar fitness levels and goals for the best training experience.
• All sessions are 1 hour in length.

2. Attendance & Cancellations

• If one partner cancels or does not attend, the session will still take place and count toward the package total.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the session.
• Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be given to friends or family.

3. Payment & Packages

• The purchasing client must list their training partner at the time of purchase.
• Both clients must purchase the same package and commit to the same schedule.
• No refunds are issued once a package has started, except in cases of documented medical emergencies (at the trainer’s discretion).

4. Program Design

• Training programs are created based on the shared goals and fitness levels of both clients.
• The trainer may adjust programming for safety, injury considerations, or compatibility.

Packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
