Cabot's Celebrate the Season is back again this year and bigger than ever! This holiday shopping event began in 2017 and has quickly become a community-beloved tradition and continues to grow in stride. The event is hosted by Cabot Parks & Recreation and is our annual giveback event.
The event is free to the public and shoppers are encouraged to donate three non-perishable food items at the door in lieu of a typical ticket purchase.
All donations are given to Cabot Public Schools to send home with families in need over the extended Christmas break. Since our event began in 2017, we have donated about $40,000  worth of non-perishable food back to our local schools with the help of our sponsors and shoppers. 
The event will be held on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please note: all applications are subject to approval. Once a vendor is approved, the appropriate fees will be applied to your account. 

DATES TO REMEMBER

Event Dates: (Open to the Public)
• 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2025
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025

Vendor Set-Up:
• 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4
• 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5
• Vendors will be allowed into space at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6

Vendor Tear-Down:
4-7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6

Final Booth Payment Due:
5 p.m. Nov. 3

Booth Cancelation Deadline:
To receive a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit), booth cancellations must be made by Wednesday, Nov. 5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.

FEES

Standard Booth Fees:
• Single Booth: $150; Non-refundable Deposit: $75
• Double Booth: $300; Non-refundable Deposit: $150
• Triple Booth: $450; Non-refundable Deposit: $225

Add-On Electricity (Perimeter Booths Only):

$15 per booth

T-Shirts:

$20 per shirt, including extended adult sizes

Meal Tickets:
$15 per meal ticket for Saturday lunch
